The fine print.

Memberships include two relash services per month.  You can book additional relashes if needed at the discounted rate listed above.

Memberships do not include full sets or outside fills. 

Monthly credits do not roll over to the next month, so if you do not use your credits within any given month, you lose them and will not be refunded.

Memberships are non-transferable.

Changing membership levels is easy, you just have to fill out a new form!

CANCELING MEMBERSHIP:
If you wish to cancel your membership, simply notify us at least 24 hours prior to the month you wish to terminate.

There is a three month minimum commitment, after that, cancel any time!
